Done Right Chimney is seeking a dependable, hard-working Laborer/Field Assistant to support our field operations team. This is an entry-level role with hands-on training and potential for long-term advancement in chimney inspection, masonry, and stove installation.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist chimney technicians with job site setup and cleanup.
- Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Transport supplies to rooftops and designated work areas.
- Help with chimney sweeping prep, liner staging, and basic installations.
- Keep trucks and the shop organized and clean.
- Follow safety procedures and instructions from the lead technician.
- Climb ladders and access rooftops as part of daily duties.
What We’re Looking For:
- Physically fit with ability to lift 80+ lbs.
- Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and in elevated areas.
- Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Prior experience in construction or roofing is a plus, but not required.
